Thorough Background Check & Screening Process

Before we introduce you to a potential nanny, you can rest assured that every one of our nannies has undergone a rigorous background check through Livescan Fingerprinting and TrustLine. Each Nanny must undergo a comprehensive criminal record database check with Department of Justice, DMV, Department of Social Services, and police departments nationwide. Drug panel testing is also available or can be requested. In addition, each of our nannies also goes through a comprehensive training process during which time we are able to evaluate whether or not they are qualified.

Our fees have been designed to fit within most families’ budgets. Please choose one of these four-placement packages to best suit your family.

Priority Package

10% of the employee’s gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,200 whichever is greater. Our package fee includes the following benefits:

1. 30 Day Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation
3. DMV Report

Preferred Package

12% of the employee’s gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,600 whichever is greater. Our package fee includes the following benefits:

1. 120 Day Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation
3. DMV Report
4. First Aid and CPR Certifications
5. LiveScan Fingerprinting

Premier Package

15% of the employee’s gross annual compensation or a minimum of $2,500 whichever is greater. Our package fee includes the following benefits:

1. 180 Day Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation
3. DMV Report
4. First Aid CPR Certification
5. 10 Panel Drug Screen Test
6. LiveScan Fingerprint

Premium Package

18% of the employees gross annual compensation or a minimum of $3,500 whichever is greater. Our Package fee includes the following benefits.

1. 365 Day Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation

4. First Aid CPR Certification
5. 10 Panel Drug Screen Test
6. LiveScan Fingerprint
7. Legally Drafted Employment Agreement. Tailored to your household needs

Temporary Placements (90 day or less)

Equal to one month of the employee total gross compensation or a minimum of $1,500 whichever is greater. This service includes:

1. 90 day Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation
3. DMV Report

Specialized Baby Care (Baby Nurse, Night Nannies)

20% of the employee’s total gross compensation for the duration of employment or a minimum of $1,500 whichever is greater. These professional services include:

1. Unlimited Replacement Period
2. Background Investigation
3. First Aid and CPR Certification
4. LiveScan Fingerprint

Cook Services

18% of the employee’s total gross compensation for the duration of employment or a minimum of $1,500 whichever is greater. These professional services include:

1. Background Investigation
2. First Aid and CPR Certification

Hotel Sitter Services (4 hours minimum per day)

$25 agency fee for each sitter visit/$20 sitter service per hour paid directly in cash to the sitter.
